Soon to be brides are starting to get ready for their Spring/Summer Weddings. Besides loads of those inquiries, I've been busy this week making Wedding Breakfast Marmalade, Strawberry & Apple Jam, Tomato Relish and Lemon & Passion-fruit Butter batches. I must say I'am a big fan of Lemon & Passionfruit butter - never used to be when I was younger though! I was given a large bag of organically grown passion-fruit from a lovely farming friend, passion-fruits freeze really well - looks like I'm going to have Lemon & Passion-fruit Butter as a staple this winter on my toast (or more probably spooned straight out of the Jar!).
